Terms and Conditions for Workshop Registration

1. Registration Fee:

  • The registration fee for the “Three Days Live Workshop on Molecular Docking using AutoDock, AutoDock Vina & PyRx” is INR 999/- per participant.
  • This fee covers access to all workshop sessions, materials, and other related resources.

2. Non-Refundable Fee:

  • Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable once paid, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

3. Payment Method and Confirmation:

  • Payment of the registration fee must be made online through the provided account details.
  • Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from Sciquaint Innovations (OPC) Private Limited.

4. Workshop Content and Software Usage:

  • The registration fee is charged for training on the use of specific software (AutoDock, AutoDock Vina, PyRx) and not for the software itself.
  • All software used in the training, namely AutoDock, AutoDock Vina, and PyRx, are open-source tools. Participants are not required to purchase licenses for these software tools.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to install and configure the software on their personal devices as per the instructions provided before the workshop.

5. Intellectual Property and Fair Use:

  • The workshop materials, including presentations, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Sciquaint Innovations (OPC) Private Limited and are provided for personal and educational use only.
  • Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of workshop materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Conduct and Compliance:

  • Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect towards instructors and fellow attendees throughout the workshop.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

7. Data Privacy and Usage:

  • Personal information collected through this registration form will be used solely for workshop-related communication and logistics.
  • Participant data will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Sciquaint Innovations (OPC) Private Limited will not be liable for any loss, or any future conflict that may occur to participants during the workshop.
